Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
The products are delivered all over the world.
Standard delivery: (UAE only) free delivery on orders above 250.00 AED.

For deliveries we will use Aramex or DHL.

Should you wish to use your own preferred shipping method - please contact us on business@penoblo.me. Extra charges may apply in this case.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (UAE) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad (middle east countries) within 5 - 14 days from conclusion of contract.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods. Credit card payments are processed through the payment provider checkout.com
